Built a lightweight internal dashboard at /admin — signup counts (total, 24h, 7d), a 14-day bar chart rendered in pure SVG, the last 50 signups (masked), and a CSV export for the full list. Auth via bearer token. No external dependencies.
Added two sections below the hero: a three-panel preview of the core product direction (with Instrument Serif headlines and amber category tags), and a native <details>/<summary> FAQ. Both are fully mobile-responsive. A second waitlist CTA sits at the bottom so visitors can convert without scrolling back up.
Launched the landing page with a working waitlist — form submission, Postgres persistence, and dual emails on signup: a confirmation to the subscriber and an operator notification. All email goes through the Polsia email proxy. First real version of the site.
